The Objective

We are seeking a Strategic Partner (Venture Advisor profile)—not a traditional salesperson—to act as our bridge to the North American innovation and venture capital landscape.

When deeptech startups raise capital, their biggest bottleneck is scaling their highly specialized engineering teams. dtLabs solves this by “loaning” our world-class technical expertise to help them build, scale, and ship products faster. Your role will be to orchestrate connections between dtLabs and recently-funded startups, Tier-1 VCs, and accelerators that need immediate, elite R&D execution.

Strategic Scope:

• Venture Pipeline Integration: Cultivate relationships with VCs, incubation programs, and investment principals to identify portfolio companies facing technical development bottlenecks.

• Strategic Growth & Dealflow: Identify and broker high-impact collaborations, technical co-development deals, and industrial pilots.

• Value Translation: Connect dtLabs’ sophisticated capabilities in computer vision and robotics with the immediate product-market-fit needs of newly funded startups.

• Market Ambassadorship: Represent dtLabs as a trusted technical delivery partner within the North American technology ecosystem.

The Profile

This is an equity/success-aligned partnership designed for an ecosystem insider. Whether you are a Venture Partner, a deeptech angel investor, a tech scout, or a former founder, you should possess:

• DeepTech Fluency: A strong conceptual understanding of the complexities of AI, Robotics, and Computer Vision (you don’t need to code, but you must speak the language).

• Ecosystem Capital: An established, active network within the US venture capital, startup, or corporate innovation landscape.

• The Catalyst Mindset: The ability to spot a startup that just raised money but lacks the immediate technical muscle to hit their upcoming milestones.
