Manage onboarding, termination, labor contracts, and daily attendance for local staff;
Collaborate with local agencies to ensure payroll aligns with Brazilian labor laws (CLT);
Source resumes, screen candidates, and arrange interviews based on business needs;
Facilitate daily communication between Chinese management and local Brazilian teams;
Translate and adapt global HQ policies into local language and practices;
Organize cross-cultural team activities to boost morale and reduce cultural gaps.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business Administration, or Language studies preferred);
Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Mandarin (learning background is a strong plus);
Practical foundation in HR operations and basic knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT);
Strong interpersonal skills, cultural empathy, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
