What We’re Looking For ?

We are looking for a Zuora Administrator/Developer who is eager to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with continuous learning opportunities while delivering large-scale projects for national and international clients.

We have offices in São Paulo (Brazil) and Chicago (USA), but our work model is fully remote—or, as we like to call it, Anywhere Office.

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to join our Animal Health IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, development, integration, and support of our global Zuora platform, which supports both B2B and B2C subscription business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Zuora platform on a daily basis.
• Maintain and support Zuora CPQ, Orders, Billing, Payments, and Revenue modules.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Update product catalogs, pricing, and subscription information.
• Execute platform queries, reports, and workflows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting test evidence and results.
• Participate in software releases by validating changes and reporting issues.
• Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and escalating incidents when necessary.
• Support refund and credit memo processes.
• Maintain operational documentation, records, controls, and audit materials.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Update operational runbooks and process documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Zuora Billing.
• Knowledge of Zuora Payments and Zuora Revenue (RevPro Cloud).
• Experience with subscription-based business models, including recurring, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.
• Experience delivering enhancements from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, preferably Salesforce and ERP platforms.
• Experience creating test documentation, UAT scenarios, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of financial processes, including billing, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
