JOB OPPORTUNITY – Project Assistant (Fluent English)

Claro Project | Jabaquara Base – São Paulo/SP

FiberHome is looking for a Project Assistant to support the daily management of our telecommunications project with Claro. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and fluent English to interact with international teams and support project management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in daily operational and administrative activities;
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation;
• Coordinate communication between Brazilian and Chinese teams;
• Monitor project schedules, action plans, and deliverables;
• Track project KPIs and prepare executive reports;
• Assist in organizing meetings and follow up on action items;
• Support documentation control, contracts, and project records;
• Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations);
• Translate and facilitate communication between local and international stakeholders when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields;
• Previous experience supporting project management or administrative operations;
• Fluent English (mandatory) – spoken and written;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure projects;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Experience with Power BI, MS Project, or ERP systems;
• Previous experience working in multinational environments.

• Monday to Friday
