Overview of the role:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded Sports Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial team. This role will be responsible for the daily execution and continuous improvement of the sportsbook commercial experience, ensuring that sporting events, promotional content, banners and competition ordering are accurate, relevant and aligned with the commercial calendar. You will combine hands-on operational ownership with process improvement, working closely with Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Trading and Product teams to deliver a consistent, engaging and best-in-class experience across web and mobile channels.

What you’ll do:

• Build, maintain and continuously update the sports commercial calendar, ensuring that key competitions and events receive the appropriate visibility.
• Own the execution and maintenance of sportsbook commercial content across customer touchpoints.
• Manage homepage carousel banners, promotional assets and event merchandising according to the commercial calendar.
• Configure and maintain competition and event ordering for relevant sporting occasions.
• Ensure sportsbook content is synchronized with active campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks across web and mobile experiences, identifying and resolving inconsistencies before they affect customers.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Trading and Product teams to coordinate commercial initiatives.
• Review the quality and commercial relevance of creative assets, providing clear feedback when materials do not meet expected standards.
• Interpret trading reports, historical information and performance data to support decisions about which competitions and events should be highlighted.
• Identify operational issues, investigate root causes and coordinate timely resolutions with Product or Engineering teams.
• Monitor competitors and use market insights to recommend improvements to the sportsbook customer experience.
• Balance daily operational activities with initiatives that improve processes, efficiency and content execution

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in sportsbook commercial operations, sportsbook operations, product operations, Customer Relationship Management or a similar role within the online gaming and betting industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian sports betting market, including local competitions, sporting calendars and customer behaviour.
• Solid understanding of sportsbook products, sports betting markets and commercial merchandising.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Trading and Product teams.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several activities and time-sensitive events simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to content accuracy and quality.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using task and documentation tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to interpret reports, historical data and commercial performance information.
• Good presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level is highly desirable, particularly for communication with global stakeholders, but it is not mandatory; an intermediate level is sufficient for performing most tasks.

• Identifying root causes, explaining operational or technical limitations and engaging the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
• Suggesting process and customer-experience improvements based on data, competitor analysis and business priorities.
• Remaining flexible during periods of increased sporting activity, such as major tournaments and seasonal peak.
