We’re looking for a Branding Coordinator to own and scale our global brand operations, ensuring every customer, partner, employee, and executive touchpoint consistently reinforces our positioning and supports our business growth. What You’ll Do

As our Branding Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for leading Segura’s Brand Program, connecting business priorities with consistent brand experiences across the company. You’ll:

• Own and evolve Segura’s global brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and governance.
• Build and manage the brand roadmap, priorities, and creative operations.
• Ensure consistency across campaigns, digital channels, events, product launches, executive communications, and customer experiences.
• Coordinate designers, agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and external vendors throughout the creative lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, HR, and Executive Leadership to deliver impactful brand initiatives.
• Review and improve messaging, presentations, websites, marketing assets, and communication materials.
• Monitor brand performance, identify improvement opportunities, and establish scalable processes for long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in Branding, Corporate Marketing, Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Communications.
• Proven experience leading branding initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing creative workflows, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Ability to balance creativity with operational excellence and business impact.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software is a strong plus.
• Advanced English for daily intereactions with the global team.
