What you will do:
- Coordinate the schedule, meeting governance and dependencies across Commercial Insights SAM and NAM squads
- Define ceremony cadence, consolidate executive status reports, identify risks and blockers
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and the technical team
- Act as the single point of process coordination, freeing the Product Owner to focus on content and prioritization
- Proactively identify and escalate risks before they become blockers
- Deep-dive with the team into day-to-day project discussions, helping organize and structure demands
What we are looking for:
- Advanced or fluent English — constant interaction with NAM stakeholders and international teams
- Solid experience in agile and/or hybrid project management
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to leadership
- Familiarity with data/analytics squads and technical project dynamics
- Solid experience in data, analytics or technology projects applied to business
- Proactive profile with strong initiative to identify and escalate risks independently
Nice to have:
- Experience with Commercial and/or Agro projects
- Knowledge of or familiarity with commercial/agro business dynamics
