We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our global team and coordinate customer lifecycle and engagement initiatives for one of our global clients, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within complex marketing automation environments.

Although our headquarters is in Chicago, our model is fully remote — we call it Anywhere Office.

Position: Marketing Automation Manager

Contract Model: Independent Contractor (Brazil – PJ)
Coordinate marketing automation initiatives and delivery activities across business and technical teams.
Gather business requirements and align priorities with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into actionable technical initiatives and delivery plans.
Support roadmap visibility, project coordination, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder discussions when needed.
Help drive customer lifecycle, engagement, and marketing operations initiatives.
Support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality.
Experience managing marketing automation or marketing operations initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and priorities.
Ability to work between business and technical teams.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation environments.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is considered a strong plus.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Organized and proactive profile.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
Experience supporting customer engagement and lifecycle initiatives.
Experience working with enterprise marketing automation ecosystems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience working in distributed and international teams.
