We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on, and execution-driven Offline & Event Marketing Planner to lead offline marketing initiatives, experiential campaigns, sponsorship activations, and brand experiences in Brazil.
This role will be responsible for planning and executing events, activations, partnerships, and offline campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market visibility.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Develop and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
Plan and execute brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, roadshows, and sponsorship initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through strategic offline channels and partnerships.
Lead end-to-end event management, including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting.
Coordinate large-scale events, trade shows, sports partnerships, influencer appearances, and promotional activities.
Ensure all activations deliver a premium and consistent brand experience.
Manage relationships with agencies, production houses, venues, suppliers, influencers, and strategic partners.
Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables to maximize ROI and execution quality.
Track event and campaign performance against KPIs.
Analyze results and provide recommendations for optimization.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
3+ years of experience in Offline Marketing, Event Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, or Sponsorships.
Proven experience managing end-to-end event production and activation campaigns.
Strong project management and vendor management capabilities.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage event budgets and execution timelines effectively.
Fluent Portuguese and professional English communication skills.
Willing to work on-site in São Paulo.
Experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, Entertainment, Sports Marketing, Consumer Brands, or Digital Platforms.
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
Experience managing sponsorships, sports events, or large-scale consumer activations.
Existing network of agencies, event suppliers, and media partners in Brazil.
Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
