Overview of the role:

At Flutter Brazil, we are looking for a Senior UX Writer to join our Product Design team and play a key role in shaping the content experience across our PAM product vertical.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and influencing how content is created, structured, and applied throughout digital products. As the main UX Writing reference for the vertical, you will partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Technology, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure our product experiences are clear, consistent, accessible, and aligned with both business and regulatory requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to act as a content multiplier within the organization, helping Product Design teams strengthen their content practices while developing broader content strategies across multiple journeys.

What you’ll do:

• Own and evolve the content strategy for the PAM product vertical, supporting multiple Product squads.
• Map existing product content and identify opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, usability, and customer experience.
• Create, review, and optimize UX copy across different digital journeys and product touchpoints.
• Act as a UX Writing reference for Product Designers, sharing best practices and helping strengthen content capabilities across the teams.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Technology, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support throughout the product development process.
• Translate complex product, business, and regulatory requirements into clear and user-friendly experiences.
• Balance customer understanding and usability with legal and compliance constraints.
• Contribute to content standards, guidelines, frameworks, and scalable practices across the vertical.
• Participate actively in product discussions, bringing a content perspective beyond individual copy decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the most effective way to communicate product changes, features, and information to customers.
• Help create a more consistent content experience across different squads and customer journeys.

What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Content, or similar roles within digital products.
• Strong background working closely with Product and Design teams.
• Experience operating with a high level of autonomy and managing multiple stakeholders and parallel demands.
• Ability to think strategically about content while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business context and contribute beyond the content discipline itself.
• A collaborative mindset, with openness to involving others in decision-making and incorporating different perspectives.
• Active listening skills and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic product environment.
• Experience using Figma and Notion in day-to-day product work.

We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:

• Senior-level experience working with digital products, ideally within financial services, iGaming, e-commerce, consulting, retail platforms, or other complex digital environments.
• Proven ability to independently lead UX Writing or Content Design initiatives across multiple squads or product areas.
• Ability to create and develop content strategies, rather than focusing exclusively on individual pieces of copy.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with Product Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong judgment when balancing customer needs, business requirements, and regulatory or legal constraints.
• Confidence to challenge decisions constructively and contribute proactively to product discussions.
• Ability to understand the broader business context behind product and content decisions.
• Experience working with Figma and Notion.
• A background in Design or Digital Product is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in financial products or regulated environments is highly valued.
• Familiarity with tools and topics such as Amplitude, Databricks, AI, Lovable, and cloud-based environments is considered a plus.
• Interest in developing further knowledge in iGaming, product metrics, data, and AI.
• English is not required for daily activities within the PAM team, but proficiency in the language is considered an advantage.
