Your Mission
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the definition of business needs with Shopee and Shopee Xpress teams, translating those needs into functional product specifications, overseeing solution development, and driving the implementation of new products across logistics operations. As a key link between business, engineering, and design teams, you will help deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the end-to-end logistics experience. The role also involves close collaboration with regional stakeholders across Asia, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to align product initiatives in English.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Understand and build the roadmap for automation integrations.
- Identify business needs related to the operations of the relevant teams to support the development of new products.
- Gain a deep understanding of existing products and business strategies to propose improvements and enhancements.
- Support product workflows, ensuring that all requirements are delivered on time while considering dependencies and constraints.
- Review API documentation and integration guides when required.
- Analyze and manipulate data to generate insights that support decision-making, product discovery, and roadmap planning.Coordinate and facilitate product development with local (Brazil) and regional (Singapore) Engineering and Design teams.
- Manage and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field;
- IT and System requirements Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Tools;
- Language Advanced/Fluent English;
- Mandatory: Fluent English (for global reporting and collaboration);
- Experiencie with digital products.
