Web3 doesn’t fill our pipeline for us. You do.
You’re the front of the funnel for a market intelligence agency that grows outbound, not inbound. You research projects before they know they need us, open cold conversations that don’t feel cold, qualify hard against our ICP, and hand the Closer an opportunity that’s already warm and fully documented.
You don’t close — you build the pipeline the whole commercial team runs on. And you’re not meant to stay a BD forever: this is the on-ramp to Closer and beyond, if you earn it.
WHAT YOU DO
Run outbound prospecting at volume — primarily LinkedIn, plus Telegram and other relevant channels.
Research and build context on every lead before first contact: funding, TVL, activity on X, and the technical-vs-narrative gap you can open a conversation with.
Run discovery calls to qualify (BANT/SPIN) and execute a clean, structured handoff to the Closer.
Map new leads and potential clients inside Moic ICP.
Keep complete, accurate records in the CRM (Kommo) — the registry is the job, not paperwork around it.
Nurture your own personal brand — stay active and credible on LinkedIn / X / Telegram.
Fluent English (C1+). Web3 is global — leads, materials, and calls are in English.
CRM discipline. Consistent, correct, complete records. Wrong or missing data is not an option here.
Schedule availability. A commercial team sometimes runs past the planned hours to hit targets. You own your output, not the clock.
Experience in one of two fronts. Either (a) prospecting / B2B commercial experience — including junior-enterprise (empresa júnior) commercial work — or (b) real Web3 market fluency. Having both is rare; we train the side you’re missing. Having neither doesn’t work.
AI proficiency. Comfortable using AI tools to automate and speed up your daily workflow.
Routine consistency. Sales is constancy plus technique — you can run the daily BD routine without being chased.
No drama. Moic runs on strong opinions, blunt feedback, and heavy inside jokes. You take it and give it back.
Skin in the game & ambition. Detail-oriented, observant, autonomous, and obsessed with hitting the number. You don’t want to be a BD — you want to build a story here and grow into Closer and more strategic roles.
