What you will do:

• Design and implement data architectures (lakehouse and data warehouse) using Microsoft Fabric;
• Build and maintain robust end-to-end ETL/ELT data pipelines;
• Develop standardized frameworks to improve scalability and avoid duplication;
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions;
• Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring, and lineage;
• Integrate Microsoft Fabric with SAP ecosystems (ECC, EWM, FnR, CAR, SuccessFactors);
• Evaluate new technologies and continuously improve the data platform;
• Enable self-service analytics for business users.

What we are looking for:

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer in production environments;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (design, implementation, optimization);
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL;
• Experience building data pipelines and data architectures;
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and monitoring practices;
• Experience integrating enterprise systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP data integration (ECC, EWM, FnR, CAR, SuccessFactors);
• Certification: Microsoft Certified – Fabric Data Engineer Associate;
• Background in enterprise data environments with strong governance.

Where you will work:

• This is a hybrid position, working from our client’s office in Panamá.
